Unless stated otherwise in the tour booking form, you are allowed to cancel your reservation in writing before the scheduled departure date, subject to a cancellation fee as per the norm of the primary booking source. You can cancel the booking from the website of Cruise Destination Hub. Cancellation comes with a certain cost and you must adhere to company guidelines if you have to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Please note that changes to the departure date, traveler's name (excluding typographical errors), or the tour itself will be considered as a cancellation, incurring a cancellation fee.
- For tickets bought directly from us with a refundable fare, you can cancel your ticket online for a refund. In the case of a non-refundable ticket, only the refundable taxes will be returned to the original credit or debit card used for purchase.
- A cancellation or refund fee may apply in certain situations, and the cancellation must be made within the specified timeframe. If the ticket is for a flight to or from the USA, it can be canceled within 24 hours of booking without any penalty, provided the reservation is made at least one week before the flight's departure (Applicable for certain airlines only).
- To ensure a full refund, please contact our customer service or the customer service of the issuing company for ticket cancellation.
- We recommend reviewing the fare terms and conditions before purchasing a ticket on our website or consulting a travel agent. Please be informed that the Company acts as an agent for the services provided.
Even after payment is made, all arrangements are subject to final confirmation. If unforeseen circumstances prevent finalizing arrangements and prompt the tour's cancellation, the Company will make every effort to inform the Customer at least 14 days before the scheduled departure date. The Company also reserves the right to cancel any tour before departure for reasons including, but not limited to, an insufficient number of participants. For payments made via, cheque, or bank transfer, refunds will be issued to the original account from where the payment was processed.
